Order Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the date of order placement.

Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
Tier-2 Cities: 4–8 business days
Remote Areas / Northeast India / Jammu & Kashmir: 6–11 business days

Payment Options

We accept Prepaid payments. Prepaid orders enjoy ₹99 off on your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with a ₹99 COD handling fee.

Refused or Undelivered Shipments

If a shipment is refused or returned undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, a refund will be processed after deducting ₹199 as logistics charges. Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of the returned package being received by us.
