Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Wednesdays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship across India. The following rates apply at checkout:

• Free Shipping — ₹0 on all orders above ₹999
• Economy Shipping — ₹100 for orders below ₹999
• Express Shipping — ₹200 for faster delivery

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro cities (Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad) — 3–5 business days
• Other cities & towns — 5–8 business days
• Remote areas — 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payment

We accept all major online payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking via Razorpay. All orders must be prepaid — we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at shilpibiswas2206@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
