RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:
• You receive a damaged item.
• You receive an incorrect item.
• An item is missing from your order.
To be eligible for any return or exchange request, a full, continuous and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package before opening.
• The shipping label.
• The complete unboxing process.
• All items received inside the package.
Without an unedited unboxing video, no return, exchange, replacement, store credit, or claim request will be accepted under any circumstances.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Eligible return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Returns will only be approved for:
• Damaged items received.
• Incorrect items received.
• Missing items in the package.
Requests related to personal preference, change of mind, colour variation, styling expectations, or any other reason will not qualify for return.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Step 1: Visit our website.
Step 2: Navigate to "Start a Return".
Step 3: Enter your Order ID and Email Address/Phone Number.
Step 4: Upload your unboxing video and supporting images.
Step 5: Submit your request.
Our team will review the request and arrange pickup if approved.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return:
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• All original tags and labels must remain attached.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and undamaged.
• Products must be returned in the same condition as received.
RETURN PICKUP CHARGES
A flat ₹150 return pickup fee will be deducted before issuing store credit.
PICKUP ATTEMPTS
• Up to 2 pickup attempts will be made.
• If reverse pickup is unavailable for your PIN code, you will be required to self-ship the parcel.
Pickup will only be arranged from the original delivery address.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer cash refunds.
Approved returns are compensated through a Sakura Studio Gift Card (Store Credit).
GIFT CARD TERMS
• Issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
• Cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURN REJECTION
Store credit will not be issued if:
• The product is used, washed, altered, damaged, or stained.
• Original tags or packaging are missing.
• The returned item differs from the item originally shipped.
Rejected items will be shipped back to the customer.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order.
NON-RETURNABLE ORDERS
Returns, exchanges, replacements, or store credit will not be provided for:
• Sale or discounted products.
• Orders purchased using store credit or gift cards.
• Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted without an unedited unboxing video.
• Repeat claims for the same order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed.
